PTCAR is a High Performance Compentence Technification program aimed at educational centers with students from 4th of ESO, 1st and 2nd of Bachelor.

 

The objective of the program is for students to master the work skills of the future and put them into practice in a real business environment.

The program is divided into two levels:

1. Online Competency Training.

2. Stay for Tecnification in High Performance in Andorra.

 

TRAINING ON-LINE (20h).

All students participate are trained in work skills that will give them access to a level test. The test consists of solving a future challenge, in which the student can access any type of information to solve it.

 

A committee will evaluate various aspects among which is the level test, will select 5 students who, together with their tutor, will go to the second level of High Performance Technification.

HIGH PERFORMANCE TECHNIFICATION (5 DAYS).

The selected students will compete as a group against other schools. Every day, the groups must solve a future challenge posed by a multinational.

Each challenge is led by a manager and takes place at the company premises.

Students will have to meet objectives during the day and must deliver their solution at the end of the day through a short presentation. Every day there is a winning group.

On the last day, it is reserved for a recreational sports activity that allows students to enjoy the natural environment that Andorra offers and to carry out the awards ceremony.

ACCOMMODATION.

Students will stay in full board in the residence of Agora Internacional de Andorra
